The attitudes of the staff and children are key to the smooth and effective running of the club. We actively encourage the children to generate their own values so that they have a sense of “ownership” for the club.

Through all of our activities we encourage mutual respect between all members of the Kingfisher community to ensure that the children’s time with us is both memorable and enjoyable.

Each year the children who attend the care club agree on the values that each member should follow. This year the children decided to include the work KINGFISHER through the middle of their values.
